Settling into the chair, one of my favorite highlights of the Admiral is the plethora of massage options right at your fingertips. With 6 massage styles, 16 highly specialized full autoprograms, localized programs that allow you to focus on specific areas of your body, this chair is able to accomodate any therapy needs. In addition, advanced 3D technology allows you to adjust the depth and intensity of the massage rollers from a mild relaxing massage to deep tissue in 6 levels.

Therapeutic Benefits
Using a combination of dual stage heat therapy, 3 stage reflexology foot rollers, preloaded sound and total compression therapy, the Admiral leaves little to want in ways of total body therapy.

In my experience, where the Admiral shines is in the heat therapy and the unique foot roller design. Since this chair features a dual stage heat design, it will provide relief in the back as well as the calves and knees. When combined with the compression therapy, this pairing proves to relieve more tension and joint stress than other chairs that are up to and including this price range. The second feature that stood out was the unique, 3 stage reflexology therapy. By utilizing this design, the Admiral is able to provide soothing, kneading style therapy while delivering relief to stimulate acupressure points while the air bags will compress to give you a deep tissue foot massage. If the Admiral was lacking, however, in any particular spot, it would be the stretching motions.

Editors Note: While the Admiral does have an amazing catalog of programs and settings, the stretching motion does not stretch as far as the Paragon or Maestro 2.0. If you are in search of the Stretch program specifically, we'd recommend looking at the Paragon or Maestro 2.0 as well.

The all encompassing catalog of autoprograms combined with the ability to control depth, intensity and strength of the rollers and airbags provide a broad spectrum of massage combinations.

When customizing the massage, the 3D technology allows you to change the depth of the massage up to 6 levels, while allowing for up to 5 levels of Strength, Intensity, Speed and Air Massage.
