Massage Quality
The Cozzia Qi SE innovated the 3d full body scan technology now common place in premium and luxury massage chairs. The Qi SE comes with 4 levels of adjustable intensity controls that you can manually adjust. Through the 16 auto programs, the Vario Human Motion technology auto adjusts the speed and depth of the massage during the auto program. This ensures that the massage styles feel more human like by providing natural variations in speed and intensity. The chair achieves this more natural feel by using advanced algorithms to adjust the speed and intensity factors according to the natural pressure put into the chair. This technology is particular helpful during the more vigorous programs.

If the Qi SE has a weakness, it is due to the fact there are only 4 levels of intensity or depth controls in the chair. Other comparable chair models provide options for a deeper tissue massage. The Qi SE makes up for this with better massage transitions, improved human like feel in the massage, and a longer track to hit additional points on your back. Due to the limits on the intensity controls we rated the massage quality a four out of five.

Technology Features
The Cozzia Qi SE has a wide array of first in class technology features. Many of the features in this chair are still exclusive in the market and cannot be found anywhere else. Some of our favorite features in this chair include the 4D control knob to adjust the intensity of the massage as well as power the chair on or off. Next to this interactive control knob are one touch buttons to easily start a massage or change the position of the chair. The Qi SE integrates a touch screen tablet display on the left side of the chair that is your main control station. In addition to standard features in a tablet display the Qi SE also has a new kind of auto program that allows you to build your own massage. After selecting your target areas and preferred massage styles, the chair will build the auto program from scratch to give you a new experience every time you sit in the chair.

The chair also has a wide face calf and knee air compression that provides a unique and exclusive heat component. The calf therapy runs on its own track separate from the motorized legs, which allows you to adjust the calf massage from the bottom of your calves to the top of your knees. This heated knee therapy is great for runners or other active people looking to treat sore joints. We also really like the heated rollers on this chair. As opposed to a generalized back heat, the roller heads heat independently, combining the pressure of the massage with heat therapy specific to the pain point being addressed. High definition (HD) blue tooth speakers offer top of the line sound integrated into the chair.

One of the most popular programs in the Qi SE is the joint care program. This program focuses on a mid back massage, stretching programs, and heat therapy to provide a relaxing experience that helps improve pliability. The program stretches your feet, performs a deep stretch into your lower back, and provides deep heat therapy for your mid-back, calves and knees. While the Qi SE has exceptional stretching programs, the chair does not stack up as well against other deep tissue options available in comparable price points. We would really like to see future versions of this chair offer a deeper node extension for those looking for a deep tissue more therapeutic massage.

Customization Features
The Qi SE offers signature colors and advanced controls that allow you to customize your chair and the massage in ways other massage chairs are simply not capable of.
