RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY (PRIOR TO MARCH 24TH 2023)

We are proud to offer free shipping storewide to our customers with any purchase.  No minimum purchase is required to receive free shipping.

White Glove Delivery Notice:  White Glove Delivery must be selected at the point of purchase for setup to be included as part of the delivery.  Free shipping includes parcel or LTL services as curbside delivery or threshold delivery as noted at the point of purchase.  White glove services in certain rural areas may be unavailable. Available shipping services are displayed on each product page.

Removal services are ONLY provided for mattress deliveries of new Sealy, Stearns & Foster and Tempurpedic brand mattresses.  Removal of one (1) mattress and one (1) box spring set per mattress delivery is included with the shipment.  While setup services are included on new adjustable bases, existing frames, foundations, adjustable bases and furniture cannot be removed or modified as part of the service.  Massage chairs, recliners, accessories, and other mattress brands DO NOT include removal of the old product.  

Orders placed after 4 PM Eastern Time on Friday will process Monday*excluding national holidays. Many of our products are specialty orders or made to order and can take up to 10-14 business days to ship once processed. Backordered items can take longer than these timelines to ship.  Shipping timelines vary by vendor and the size of the product.  Shipping is currently unavailable for Alaska and Hawaii at this time.  

*Due to supply chain, supply, and logistics, some shipments may experience delays.

Softening up.

New mattresses tend to feel firmer at first then soften up as you go.  Give it time for the new mattress to fully break in.

The Great Sleep Guarantee:  Sleep Galleria provides a 90-night Great Sleep Guarantee from the date of delivery on all new mattress sets.  

Effective 2/15/2023 To qualify for the Great Sleep Guarantee a size matched Mattress Protector MUST BE PURCHASED with the mattress.  To shop our selection of mattress protectors, follow the link here.

New mattresses require time to break in and for your body to adjust to them.  To allow for this adjustment period we require a minimum of 30 nights on your new bed before you choose to exchange the mattress.  MATTRESS may be exchanged or returned after 30 nights and before 90 nights from date of delivery for re-selection. The re-selection can be to any brand. We have a limit of one exchange or return for re-selection of a mattress equal or greater value per mattress purchase.  During your 90-night trial all delivery services (effective August 12th, 2022) necessary to exchange the mattress at NO COST TO YOU with local deliveries in Metro Atlanta. Nationwide delivery services will include a $300 fee for shipping which includes delivering your new mattress.  

Foundation exchanges: will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to a redelivery charge of $79.99 for local Metro Atlanta deliveries and $300 for Nationwide deliveries. To avoid a box spring swap please measure your box spring height needs prior to ordering.  Do not remove your law tag during the sleep trial as this will void the Guarantee.  Stained or soiled mattresses will not be eligible for exchange.  Please ensure you thoroughly review your product upon receipt. Our Great Sleep Guarantee is NOT valid on sales involving warranty exchanges, floor models, or clearance merchandise.  

Massage Experience Guarantee

    • You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to complete a one time exchange of your massage chair for equal or greater value.  
    • We now charge NO restocking fees for an exchange from purchases on or after 11/3/2022 
    • An exchange delivery service fee of $299.99 will be charged for Metro Atlanta exchanges. 
    • For Nationwide exchanges Sleep Galleria will get a quote for shipping the massage chair back to our facility.  The cost of shipping will be added to the exchange cost and must be paid prior to initiating an exchange.  
    • Free shipping will still be included with the new chair being purchased.  If you require setup additional fees will apply.
    • Nationwide shipping rates vary based off your location and desired service.  Estimates for Nationwide delivery fees can be provided at the customer's request prior to initiating an exchange.
    • The massage experience guarantee is exclusively offered for full body massage chairs, and are not eligible for recliners or any other furniture offered at Sleep Galleria.
    • We do not offer full returns of our massage chairs
    • Real Relax brand massage chairs are NOT eligible for the massage experience guarantee

Manufacturer’s Warranty: All our mattresses and other products are backed by a warranty through our suppliers (i.e., the manufacturer). If you believe your mattress or other product is defective, as a courtesy we can provide you with the vendors contact information and the necessary forms to submit a warranty claim.  

Warranty Disclaimer: Although we will assist you with making a warranty claim to the manufacturer, Sleep Galleria does not offer any express or implied warranties on new mattress, massage chair, power lift recliner, specialty chairs or any other purchases. Sleep Galleria explicitly DISCLAIMS any EXPRESS WARRANTY, the IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, and the IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE in connection with any product purchased from Sleep Galleria. By obtaining this receipt, you acknowledge your receipt and understanding of this disclaimer.

Returns & Cancellations:  We offer the option to cancel your order on all our small items (including but not limited to sheets, pillows, comforters, duvets, and other sleep accessories) prior to shipment.  Due to the specialty order nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges outside specific programs listed on this page.  If you find any issues with your product upon inspection during your delivery you must notify your delivery driver and notate the defect on the delivery manifest.  In the case there is damage please send photos and a description of the issue along with your order number to support@sleepgalleria.com, we will work with the manufacturer to provide a resolution to your issue.  Please include your order number, a description of the problem and any photo or video documentation.  Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Refused Shipments:

If you choose to refuse the shipment of any or all of your products including but not limited to mattresses, foundations, adjustable bed bases, recliners, massage chairs and sleep accessories you will incur freight charges (outgoing and return costs) plus a 25% restocking fee will apply to your order. Any free accessories offered as part of your purchase will be charged at their full retail value.  A refund minus freight charges both ways and a 25% restocking fee will be issued once the product has been returned to its point of origin.  In the case a chargeback is issued you understand and accept that these fees are owed to Sleep Galleria against the balance of your order.

Lifestyle Products: All massage chair, recliner and adjustable base sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Both come with a warranty backed by our suppliers and are protected during the warranty period of the respective product. Massage Chairs, Specialty Chairs and Adjustable bases are considered lifestyle solutions. As a result, massage chairs and adjustable bases are NOT eligible for exchange or return for any reason. Sleep Galleria does not offer any express or implied warranties on lifestyle products. Any warranty claims you may have must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
